Does anyone has a technical solution for the following Web service?
I want something like the following: It is similar to a mailing list, except me, that the administrator can send mass emails to subscribers, ie it is a way communication. The beneficiaries are passive recipients. When subscribers Subscribe to our mailing-list, they will enter some of their information personal. The personal information are keywords. These keywords are used for my research. When I send emails, I will first search relevant keywords, and send emails only to those selected recipients … How do I do that?
